Our villa is located in an ancient stone famhouse holiday resort in natural park at just a few kms from Assisi (a Unesco world Heritage site), surrounded by olive groves and Vineyards. The bedroom is inside the historical villa which has undergone complete renovation in 2014. This charming bedroom includes one bedroom with a kingsize, private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, top quality matresses and pure egyptian cotton sheets, flat screen tv, coffee corner with espresso coffee machine.

At disposal of all guests are a beautiful garden with tables for al-fresco dining, BBQ, lounge with library, table tennis, nature trails, bike rental, free wifi in common areas.

Our villa also has its own winery for wonderful winetasting experiences.

Our villa is in a central position for visiting all the main attractions of Umbria: Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Torgiano are just a few kms distance. Lake Trasimeno, Marmore falls (Europe's highest waterfalls), Spoleto, Gubbio, Norcia, Orvieto are at 30 mins.

The rates include:

• Breakfast. A breakfast basket is supplied. Each room has an espresso coffee machine and tea-making facilities.

• Free in-room selection of tea and coffee

• Free wifi in common areas

• Free use of the table tennis, badmington and board games

• Final cleaning

• Weekly cleaning if stay is more than 7 days

• Towels (changed every 3 days)

• Bed linen (changed every 7 days)
